Software and Support
Our Cadmus software package has been designed from the ground up to focus on simplifying and fully automating the CNC production process, for any manufacturer, regardless of the product mix. Using our Cadmus manufacturing software is as simple as adding the products required to the current job, selecting the materials to be used and selecting any variable to be set. From one cabinet to an entire kitchen to a piece of joinery the process is simple and logical. A Job can consist of one or multiple products and once complete, a single click automatically generates the output required for costing, machining and reporting – Output for nesting, 2nd side machining and single part or grouped component processing is automatically generated for one or multiple machines, be it a Beamsaw, a Flatbed or Pod and Rail CNC, 3 Axis or 5 Axis. Cadmus makes things easy!
Cadmus is a Lean software solution designed to simplify the manufacturing process. It greatly reduces production costs, with labour savings in preparation, processing, handling and assembly times. Cadmus reduces waste in all areas of the manufacturing process, freeing up valuable time and resources that can be focused on sales and business growth.
Cadmus is our CAD-based automated product management and product building solution and Enroute is a CAM solutions partner that we have worked with since 2008. The Enroute ATP (Automatic Part Processing) Module takes our component drawings and data and generates output for CNC machines based on parameters that we provide. Enroute is a powerful CAM solution that is also ideal for generating machine output for one-off components, signage, and other 2D or 3D vector-based products. They are a long-established business with offices in Europe and the USA.
