Installation
At Dynamic, we provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each customer. Once the order is confirmed, we begin the fulfillment process. The machine is then booked from the Dynamic inventory or a new machine order is submitted to the manufacturer.
Our software team collaborates with the customer to develop a customized software solution that will be implemented as soon as the machine is installed. The solutions we provide are dependent on the customer's product mix and the machine they are ordering. All our solutions are Lean and Cost Effective generating significant savings in the customer's manufacturing and organisational processes.
We also specify the required tooling for the materials being processed and while most tools are available off the shelf, we also offer custom tooling if necessary for specific applications. The machine tools setup is part of the installation process. Optimum tool feeds and speeds are set up to automatically change as required for each material being processed.
When the machine arrives at the customer premises, we unload it from the truck or the shipping container and set it in place on the factory floor. Installation can take from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the equipment being installed. After everything is assembled, power and compressed air are connected and the machine is turned on. A comprehensive testing process is then undertaken, before handover to the customer.
Once the machine is commissioned, our application engineers provide on-site machine and software training for our customers. Both machine and software interfaces have been developed with Ease-Of-Use as a core concept. Generally, after a day’s training the operator will easily be able to load and run a job through the machine, irrespective of the level of product complexity within that job.
