With its strong body structure and advanced configuration, the Extreme Ultra is a powerhouse for your nesting and boring applications. It allows flexible production in performing different applications on a single machine. The Extreme Ultra is available in nine different sizes so the entire set-up can be tailored to suit your individual manufacturing process.
Nested Based Manufacturing is an extremely LEAN manufacturing solution for any type of panel processing regardless of the shape, size, or complexity of the components. With automated loading and offloading, a good operator can run the Nesting Line and an Edgebander at the same time, greatly reducing manufacturing time and cost.

Declan Sexton & Sons - Ballynevin, Waterford
Fine woodworking is a slow and detailed trade that requires a high level of skill and craftsmanship, a resource that is in short supply in today’s economy. The Sextons had loads of demand for their high-end cabinetry but not enough resources to cater for that demand. This was the issue that brought them to Dynamic CNC Solutions in September 2022.
Cronin Furniture - Killeagh, Cork
In 2018 Brian Cronin (Cronin Furniture, Killeagh, Co.Cork) invested in a 1300 x 2500mm AES Extreme Ultra Nesting Line with Cadmus Manufacturing Software installed. Prior to this, Brian was processing single components individually on 2 Pod and Rail CNC machines. Cronin Furniture moved overnight from single-part processing to automated manufacturing of multiple jobs in a single cycle on one machine. A large kitchen (20 4’x8’ sheets) can be entered into the Cadmus Job Module in 20 minutes and then each sheet is generated and then all are uploaded to the Extreme Ultra Nesting Line. Each sheet of kitchen components is produced in approximately 7.5 minutes, so 20 sheets take approximately 2.5 hours. The 20 sheets are placed on the rack at the back of the machine from where they are automatically loaded onto the machine bed, processed and then offloaded via the conveyor at the front of the machine.
We installed a 2nd AES Extreme Nesting Line at Cronin Furniture in 2023, and the 2018 machine is still running every day. The day we finished installing Brian's 1st machine it was ready to manufacture every product Cronin Furniture required.

- Fully automatic line, with automatic panel loading with labelling, and automatic unloading with dust removal
