AES introduced the new Super Nova automated Nesting Line at the Ligna Exhibition in Hannover in May 2023. The machine body had been completely redesigned. It looks more like its big sister the Extreme Ultra than the Super Nova of old. It now comes with a Rotary Tool Changer (with up to 16 tools) to allow for automatic sheet loading from the lift unit at the rear of the machine. The linear guides on the X-Axis are now mounted on the sides of the machine providing more rigidity.
The AES Super Nova is a very powerful industry-standard machine designed for nesting applications. It is the perfect entry-level model for fully automated manufacturing. Ideal for processing sheet material, cabinets, MDF doors and solid surface material, providing fast and precise cutting, with a wide range of additional options and upgrades depending on the individual customer's requirements.
The AES Super Nova machine comes with a range of high-quality spindle motors. A range of vacuum pump options are available, linked to the large powerful vacuum table comes with different zones depending on the model chosen and reference pistons for precise positioning.
We expect that the new Super Nova Line will be a sought-after model for years to come, being the most affordable and well-engineered model in its class.
Configuration
The AES Super Nova Nesting machine can be configured as
- A stand-alone machine
- A semi-automatic line, with unloading
- Fully automatic line, with panel loading with labelling, and unloading
The AES Super Nova is designed with safety and efficiency in mind. The machine system can be configured as a stand-alone machine, a semi-automatic system or a fully automatic solution. With several options available for each configuration.
