Dynamic CNC Solutions offers Ireland’s only “One Stop Shop” for CNC-based manufacturing for wood, plastic and composite materials. We have teamed up with a series of respected manufacturers within the CNC industry to offer a complete range of products.

Here you will find our range of CNC Nesting Lines, which turns a CNC Nesting Router into a fully automated manufacturing cell. With automatic loading of sheets up to 2100mm X 5700m, label printing, automatic feeding and alignment through to cleaning and unloading components. Solutions are available for those making their first step into CNC automation up to 24/7 industrial solutions offering automated handling, 5-Axis machining and drilling options for mass production on an industrial scale.

Declan Sexton & Sons, Ballynevin, Waterford

Declan Sexton & Sons are bespoke cabinet and furniture makers from Ballynevin, Co. Waterford. The Sextons have a reputation for fine craftsmanship and their mainstay is building traditional face frame kitchens. Their work is of a very high standard has been published in a number of interior design magazines.

Fine woodworking is a slow and detailed trade that requires a high level of skill and craftsmanship, a resource that is in short supply in today’s economy. The Sextons had loads of demand for their high-end cabinetry but not enough resources to cater for that demand. This was the issue that brought them to Dynamic CNC Solutions in September 2022.

We sat down with David and Michael Sexton with a view to investigating the automation of their manufacturing processes. They had a complex product range, including 254 different face frame configurations, with each of these having multiple variables and multiple door styles with the option for additional door styles in the future. Some of their cabinets were equally complex, with a series of detailed over mantles and a range other feature products.

The end result was an automated AES Extreme Production Line with new Tooling and our Cadmus Manufacturing Software, complete with an extensive Cadmus Product Library tailored to the Sexton’s requirements. We also added a number of powerful features and functions to our Software to cater for the complexity of the Sexton product range. This new functionally is already benefiting existing and new customers.

For the Sextons, manufacturing times are greatly reduced and output is up. David Sexton is the main user of our Cadmus Software - He was up and running in a day, with the ability to manufacture all the Products in his library from day one.
