The AES Raptor Ultra flatbed CNC machine is AES’s flagship nesting machine. Offering industrial solutions to provide maximum performance for the most complex and precise processing requirements. The sleek modern design hides an extremely heavy-duty nesting machine designed for 24/7 production of panel-based materials. The Gantry design allows for acceleration, speed precision and vibration-free production.

Our standard installation includes the machine, our Cadmus Manufacturing Software and a selection of boring and routing tools specific to each customer's requirement. Cadmus comes with a standard product library customized for each individual customer. Once the installation is completed our customers are able to use the machine to manufacture all of the products in their library from day one, and all their tools are set up for optimum performance.

Available with a host of options and customization choices to precisely meet your machining requirements. Multiple bed sizes up to 2100 X 5700mm.         We Installed this Raptor 2128 in April 2021 for OB Woodcraft, upgrading from a machine that we had installed in 2008. The Raptor is used for manufacturing furniture for both commercial and domestic fit-outs. We have been working with Ger the owner since the company was founded in 1999. The Raptor is AES’s highest spec flat bet router, with a host of options available, including 5 Axis functionality. OB Woodcraft are using our Cadmus software to generate output for production on this Raptor 2128 with a comprehensive product library customised to their requirements.
