If you are looking to step up from a traditional sliding table panel saw, then the AES BETA Beamsaw is the ideal solution. Designed for processing panels up to 4,200mm at speeds up to 70m / min in an efficient and precise way. The machine is constructed of welded steel chassis to give the highest level of accuracy in a mass production environment. Â
Three airflow working tables allow for panels quickly and precisely loaded and unloaded. The pusher bridge has 8 high-performance gripers to ensure precise positioning, with a built in side aligning system.
The high performance saw carriage unit with its rigid steel construction supports and guides the main saw and scoring saw blade with precise accuracy using brushless servo motors. The saws diameter and saw blade motors are available in different power and size options.
