Dynamic CNC Solutions has already established itself as a key supplier of automated manufacturing solutions to the woodworking and plastic fabrication industries, throughout Ireland & UK. As a spin-off from CSL, a West Cork-based supplier of a wide range of products to the woodworking and plastic fabricating industries in Ireland and the UK since 1993.

Our team consists of experts in cabinet making and joinery, tooling, automation, and software development, and our focus is on providing automated manufacturing solutions to our customers.

We have been selling and supporting AES automation equipment in Ireland since 2016 and we have become the sole agent for AES machinery range in the Irish market. The AES Group, established in 1989 has evolved to become a global supplier of one of the most comprehensive ranges of heavy duty, high quality industrial CNC machines. They are continually investing in the latest manufacturing technology for their machines. The AES range include CNC Routers, both Flatbed and Pod & Rail, Complete nesting lines, Beamsaws, Thru Feed Boring machines and Dust Extraction systems.

Software

At Dynamic CNC, we specialize in implementing automated manufacturing solutions for a wide range of customers. Software is a critical part of this solution, and our software package has been designed from the ground up to focus on simplifying the CNC automation process, from the machine operator’s standpoint. Our goal is to take the complexity and the roadblocks out of the production process, and automatically generate the manufacturing outputs required for each machine in the process. Products can be simple or complex – with output generated for nesting, single parts and grouped components. We facilitate automated production for all machine types, from beamsaws to 5-Axis machining centres.

Tooling

At Dynamic CNC, we carry a comprehensive range of CNC tooling for next-day delivery. We have off-the-shelf tooling solutions for machining and drilling a wide range of materials. We design and supply custom tools for customer-specific applications, and we provide tool setup data, allowing for optimum tool life and performance. If you are machining sheet material, solid wood or composites, we have a high-speed cutting solution for you.
